Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your unopened, unused, and undamaged product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with seal intact, and in its original packaging.
Once received, all returns undergo an assessment at our warehouse. Opened, used or damaged products will not be accepted for return.
To start a return, please contact us at accounts@sardo.com.au with a copy of your order number and reason for return. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to review your return request. Unfortunately, items sent back to our warehouse without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with return instructions, including where and how to send your package. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or faulty.
When the returned item is received at our warehouse in its original condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns and exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, as outlined above. Once your return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges on orders.
Damages and issues with your order
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item, so we can fix the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note, unfortunately we cannot accept returns for opened, used, or damaged products, final sale items or gift cards. Additionally, items without their original packaging cannot be returned.
